Senior Web Developer

Job Requirements
5 Years web development experience on both
front-end and back-end
Bachelor's degree, or additional equivalent experience
Comfortable managing Linux servers

Customer Success Rep

Job Responsibilities:
Inbound Call and Email response
Troubleshoot issues on video and website products
Special projects as prescribed by management
Our calls with our customers should be their best call of the day

Sales Development Rep

Job Requirements
25 hours per week. The expectations of our SDRs is to
contact prospects via phone to generate leads. The daily
tasks include scheduling appointments for the Account
Executives and completing product demonstrations
with potential clients. The daily call lists are provided to
SDRs and require updating and organization.

This position starts at $15/hr + commission.

Daily Expectations:
5-6 hours per day (8:30-2:30 M-F)

Minimum 20 appointments set per week and 50
outbound dials each day

Updating contact lists and actively following up
with potential clients

Sending emails to prospects

Manage and update contacts in company CRM
